Good founders shouldn't be missed because they weren't already in the right room.
TheSprintFit helps founders prepare for capital and gives investors an earlier, structured look at startups they may want to evaluate further.

Founders, investors, and operators in the same room — and the work continues after everyone leaves.
Too much gets decided in a moment.
A founder sends a deck. An investor scans it. A warm introduction gets attention. A cold email gets buried. A few minutes on a Demo Day stage can shape what happens next. But early-stage companies aren’t static. Founders keep building. They talk to customers, ship product, test their market, learn what isn’t working, and improve. TheSprintFit was built around a simple idea: that progress should be easier to see.
A better way to prepare — and a better way to evaluate.
TheSprintFit gives founders a structured way to understand what investors need to see, strengthen gaps in their business, and show how they’re progressing.
For investors, that creates an earlier, more structured view of a startup before they decide whether deeper diligence is worth their time.
Our AI operating system brings that work into one place. Founders build through focused Sprints, and investors can review relevant companies with more context than a pitch deck alone.

Kruti Baires · Founder & CEO
Built from both sides of the startup table.
I spent nearly two decades building technology products across companies including Salesforce, Intuit, and Justworks. I learned what it takes to move from an idea to a product people adopt — and what changes when that product has to scale.
I worked across product, user experience, engineering, architecture, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, and AI. But the question behind all of it was simple: Will people use this product, and will they pay for it?
Then I became a founder.
I knew how products get built. I wanted to understand how investors decide what gets funded.
After starting companies of my own, I joined VC Lab because I wanted to understand how investment decisions actually get made.
I learned how investors evaluate companies, why decisions take time, how they weigh risk, and what potential return has to justify committing capital.
That changed how I saw fundraising. Founders aren’t simply telling a compelling story. Investors are deciding where to commit limited time, attention, and capital.
That experience made the gap clear.
Founders need to prove they’re building something customers want and a business worth backing. Investors need enough evidence to decide which companies deserve a closer look.
But early-stage fundraising often compresses that decision into a deck, an introduction, or a few minutes in a room.
That’s the gap I wanted to close.

Experience building products from their earliest stages through adoption and scale.
Product, UX, AI, enterprise systems, integrations, adoption, and revenue experience across Salesforce, Intuit, Justworks, and startups.
So I built the system I wished existed.
TheSprintFit brings together what I learned building products, scaling technology companies, becoming a founder, and learning how investors evaluate early-stage businesses.
Through our Sprints, founders work on the business behind the pitch — from product and go-to-market to traction, positioning, and the evidence investors need to understand the company.
Our AI operating system captures that work so founders can see what they need to strengthen and investors can get better context before deciding where to look deeper.
Fundraising shouldn’t only help you pitch your company better.
It should help you build a better company.
Built with people who know the work.

Built in Silicon Valley. Designed to reach beyond it.
TheSprintFit is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where proximity to experienced founders, operators, and investors can change how quickly a company learns.
We’re taking more of that experience — direct feedback, access to experienced operators, and proximity to capital — and making it available to founders who may not already have those networks.
Build. Be Seen. See First.
Whether you're building a company, investing in one, or helping founders prepare for capital, TheSprintFit gives you a place to start.
